How we did it

NeuroSwift started as a clear purpose, making occupational therapy referral letters faster, simpler and more accessible for neurodiverse families and aged-care clients. What it didn't have was a name, a brand, a website, a way to take payments or a single piece of marketing. It was an idea on a page. Barefoot was brought in to build everything.

The brief

This wasn't a campaign brief. It was a go-to-market brief, and Barefoot treated it like one.

→ We named the business, NeuroSwift, creating an identity that felt credible, caring and distinctly modern in a category where most providers sound clinical and impersonal.

→ Brand identity was built from scratch: logo, visual system, tone of voice and messaging architecture designed to feel professional and trustworthy to families navigating complex healthcare decisions.

→ The website was structured around the customer journey, clear service explanation, simple language and a seamless path from first visit to booking.

→ A payment system was integrated end to end, so from day one, NeuroSwift could accept and process payments professionally.

→ Digital advertising campaigns were built around speed, trust and convenience, the three things that matter most to a family under pressure looking for fast, reliable support.

The work

The outcome

→ A complete business built from a single idea: naming, brand, website, payments and advertising, all delivered and live.

→ 30+ genuine enquiries generated in the first two months after launch.

→ From concept to market-ready brand in 60 days.
