How we did it
Flanders Build had the expertise, the reputation and the quality of work. What it didn't have was a digital presence that reflected any of it. The brief
Barefoot led a complete digital transformation, starting with the foundation before building the advertising.
→ The website was rebuilt from the ground up, transformed from an outdated placeholder into a modern, bold and professional platform designed to build immediate trust with high-value homeowners.
→ A social media presence was created from scratch, built around a founder-led video strategy that positioned Tom Flanders directly, the hands-on principal behind every project. In a category where trust is everything, showing the person matters more than showing the portfolio.
→ Paid advertising was then built around specific service categories, decks, outdoor living, granny flats and home extensions, with messaging tailored precisely to homeowners already considering serious building work.
