The big picture
How we did it
BodySpace Recovery Studio had everything a growing wellness business needs, a skilled team, a loyal client base, genuine five-star reviews and a studio that clients loved the moment they walked in.
What it didn't have was a consistent digital engine to attract new clients, retain the ones it already had, and build the kind of compounding revenue base that turns a good month into a predictable trajectory. In December 2025, monthly revenue was $11,783, entirely dependent on word of mouth to grow.
The brief
Barefoot built a two-part strategy: paid advertising to grow the client base, and a retention system to keep it. Both had to work together, acquiring clients that didn't return would never move the number.
→ Social media advertising across Meta and Instagram, targeted campaigns built around BodySpace's core services, reaching the right people in Perth at the right moment in their wellness journey.
→ Email marketing campaigns designed to increase loyalty and lifetime value, re-engaging lapsed clients, converting new visitors into regulars, and keeping the active client base coming back more often.
→ Fresha CRM strategy: a full analysis of the client database to identify hidden revenue opportunities across loyal clients, high spenders, lapsed visitors and upcoming birthdays.
→ Offer and service positioning: working with Chelsea to structure the right treatments, bundles and entry-point offers that increased average spend per visit without discounting.
→ Ongoing business strategy consultation: monthly performance reviews, campaign direction, revenue forecasting and proactive recommendations so Chelsea always knew what was coming and why.

→ Monthly revenue grew from $11,783 in December 2025 to $26,000+ in May 2026.
→ Revenue more than doubled in six months on $3,179/month in ad spend.
→ 239,584 impressions generated in May alone.
→ 834 qualified people landed on BodySpace pages from paid ads in a single month. → 381 online bookings, the digital funnel is working end to end.
→ H2 2026 revenue forecast: $165,000–$167,000.
